Project: Australian Golf Club Northern Driving Facility

Carfax delivered the Australian Golf Club a new driving range facility included the demolition of an existing building, and construction of two new buildings consisting of unique high end finishes such as an Aramax roof sheets which were milled on site, Equitone façade panels from Germany using a concealed fixing system, tiles from Italy, carpet from Sweden and Australian Blackbutt timber.

The project was carried out in a live environment on an extremely busy Golf course, which remained fully operational

Project: Gardener’s Cottage, Nielsen Park, Vaucluse

External and internal refurbishment to an 1850’s Gardeners Cottage in Nielsen Park, Vaucluse, including restoration and replacement of all external timber work, hardwood flooring, heritage windows and door hardware, sandstone elements, all to match original.  The Cottage was also adapted for re-use for holiday letting, with the installation of new kitchen, bathroom, services, ceilings, staircases and handrails.

The project required thoughtful and careful planning, not only due to the heritage nature of the project but the fact it was carried out in a very busy precinct.
